Before you start

• A VYG account with access to at least one brand.
• Claude Code installed.

Add the server

Run this in your terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http vyg https://api.vyg.app/mcp

Or add it to a project's .mcp.json file:

Sign in

The first time Claude Code uses a VYG tool, it asks you to sign in. You can also run /mcp in a session and pick vyg.

1. A browser window opens to the VYG sign-in page.
2. Sign in with your VYG login.
3. Pick the brand you want to work with.
4. Approve the access.

You stay signed in between sessions.

Switch brands or reconnect

claude mcp remove vyg
claude mcp add --transport http vyg https://api.vyg.app/mcp

If you previously added the server under another name, such as liverecover, remove that one too.
