Account context

When connecting an AI assistant, sign in to VYG and select the brand you want to work with. To change brands, reconnect and select the new brand.

For a server integration, create an API key in the brand's settings and choose the permissions your integration needs.

Connected store

Customer and commerce features require a connected store and access to those features. Commerce and insight responses include a scope field with the store domain, which helps you label reports and confirm your setup.

If these requests return 403 insufficient_scope, check your key's permissions and the store connection. Contact your VYG account manager if you need access to a feature.
